Vorrei scrivervi una lunga lettera, ma il tempo non me l'ho permette, perché oggi 1/2 festa, ho dovuto fare un po di pulizia nella mia camera, tutto per risparmiare il lavoro alla mamma. Domenica prossima vi scriverò dandovi pure notizie sul giorno del mio matrimonio.

I wish I could write you a long letter, but time does not allow me it since today I have half a day of holiday, but I have to clean my room to save mom some work. Next Sunday I will write you giving you updates about the day of my marriage.
